Universal Terra Luna Resort

The food at both the cafe and poolside cafe was good, and the market had plenty of snacks and drinks, along with a full-service Starbucks and an ice cream stand. The shuttles were frequent and clearly marked. Having theme park items delivered to the room was very handy, so we didn’t have to carry souvenirs around all day. The pool and hot tub were nice, with towels ready for guests, and the shower had good water pressure. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable compared with off-site Marriott or Hilton hotels. I’d highly recommend Terra Luna for a parks trip.

We used the gym every day. It was clean and had lots of equipment, and the hotel itself was also very clean and well laid out. The pool was great, with plenty of chairs and towels available without needing to check them out. Shuttles were quick and clean, and I liked being able to text the front desk and housekeeping. The linens felt thin and scratchy, and four of us found the room a bit small, though we weren’t in it much. Drinks and service at the Moon bar and omega cafe were slow, and prices were quite high. Still, it’s a good choice for visiting Universal Parks.

The shuttle drivers were so kind and helpful, and the buses made getting to and from the parks stress-free. At the front desk, Victoria made our check-in quick, smooth, and welcoming. Our room was very clean, beautiful, and well kept. We had a fantastic stay at Terra Luna Hotel, and we’ll be back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The pool was a lovely temperature, and the boys really enjoyed the late night movie playing there. It stays open until 10pm. The buses to universal were great, there were always plenty, so we never waited long, and early park entry was a nice extra. The rooms were lovely, beds really comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. Staff were all lovely too, and the food had lots of choice and was great. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this hotel.
