Wyndham Garden Orlando Airport

For a night before our cruise, it did the job, but I wouldn't come back, especially for more than a quick sleep. This didn't feel like a 3-star hotel to me, maybe 2.5 at best, and at the late-booking price it wasn't worth more than $100 a night. The airport shuttle is shared with another property and took a while, though we've waited longer for other shuttles. Online check-in helps, so use it if you can. The room was very basic. The bathroom was clean enough but needs general maintenance, and the window AC unit was so loud it made noise all night. Sheets and towels were thin. The bar hours posted were wrong, so we missed the chance to eat there and had to pay for delivery instead. There are a decent number of snacks for sale at the front desk.

We stayed two nights before our cruise, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere was a real plus. The grounds have a fenced yard with trees, a patio and a pool, and the hotel also has a business center and caters for weddings and celebrations. Parking and the airport shuttle are free. Prices were around $100 a night, and to me this is a hotel, not a motel. Our fourth-floor room was spotless and comfortable, with a king bed and an immaculate bathroom. The walk-in shower was warm, the AC worked perfectly, and there were no odors. We were able to check in early at no charge because Hercules at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. There’s free morning coffee and cooked-to-order breakfast. We had the omelet at $15 per person, which seemed reasonable with all the fixings. Wyndham provided excellent service, and I’d rate the hotel 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it.

We were here for a military weekend, and Natalie at the bar made the food and drink experience especially good. She helped us choose both, and was a whole vibe. The hotel food was top notch, among the best hotel food and drink options I've had in the area.

For the price, this was a good stay. I'm used to more upscale hotels, but this place was clean, updated, and sufficient. Breakfast isn't complimentary, which was the one downside. I'd stay again and recommend it. This was for a January 2026 stay.
