The location is the only plus, and several other hotels are just as close. I stayed one night and wasn’t happy with the condition: the room was dirty and in disrepair, and the hotel in general seemed poorly maintained, without a cleaning crew around. Hot water barely worked and took at least 20 minutes to get lukewarm. As a maintenance person, I saw several red flags suggesting they don’t repair or maintain the place properly. The smoke detector had also been removed from the room. See the attached photos for its condition and lack of cleanliness. Save your money and book elsewhere.

The room was beautiful, and the desk clerk was polite and soft spoken. That matters to me because I’m on the spectrum. It had an in-room jet tub surrounded by columns and mirrors. Breakfast could’ve had more variety, but the pancakes were great.

I booked three nights here for the jetted tub. On the second night, I turned on the jets and mold immediately started rushing out of the lines. I was very unsatisfied with my stay. When I raised the issue, all they could offer was to call Expedia. Expedia must own the hotel.

Once we got into the room, the mini fridge had mold around its seal, and a roach ran out when I opened it to put in water and soft drinks. My mom killed a bug in the filthy bathroom. The tub was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was dirt in several corners, the bedspreads were old and stained, and the room smelled smoky. We decided to leave. The clerk was apologetic and quickly refunded our $194, though he didn’t seem surprised we were going. I’d booked at least two weeks in advance and clearly asked for a room right off the parking lot because my mom can’t walk far. They assured me that wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived Friday, September 19th, there was only one other car at the far end of the lot. A friendly, pleasant gentleman checked me in and gave me a key for room 201, down the sidewalk and upstairs. I reminded him about the promised room where we could park right outside, so he typed something into the computer and eventually gave us room 118 by the pool, down that sidewalk. I raised the parking issue again, and he said those rooms weren’t available because a group of bikers had damaged the plumbing the previous weekend. He offered a full refund if the walk was too far. It wasn’t extremely far, but it was farther than ideal. I carried all our things in. Very disappointed.
