We stayed two nights, 1-1 to 1-3-26, and had a wonderful time. Dillon, Kristine, Karin, and Donna were professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly, with great customer service. Our third-floor room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was simple, with make-your-own pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, and boiled eggs, just the sort of food we'd have at home. We always stay here when visiting family nearby. It's easy to get to, and Osseo is a nice community. Restaurants, fast food, a bar, and light shopping are all close by.

We needed a room for the night while a snowstorm passed, and Dylan got us settled quickly after we explained the situation. He was friendly and funny, and said he'd be glad to help if we needed anything. The lobby looked clean and welcoming, and our room was very clean and comfortable. I'm going to sleep well and stay warm. Thanks to Dylan and the rest of the super 8 team here!

I've stayed at some Super 8s, and this is one of the nicer ones. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and the mini fridge is a good size. My only suggestion is to improve the bedding. There's a sheet, a thin blanket, and another one on top that keeps sliding off and isn't comfortable. One nice, thicker comforter on each bed would work better.

A big snowstorm meant I needed a room at the last minute, and they got me settled right away. Everyone was kind, the room was clean, and I felt safe the whole time. Breakfast was running low when I first came down, but they refilled it within 15 minutes. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and the highway.

The rooms were very clean and nice, but we had a really upsetting incident at 2:45 in the morning. Someone tried opening our door several times. Thankfully, the latch kept it from opening all the way. At checkout, the clerk said there was no record of our check-in, even though I had proof I'd been charged. After that, it was hard to get back to sleep.
