The location is hard to beat, just a 2 minute drive from downtown Ouray and right beside the Ouray Hot Springs. The lodge staff made things easy, with towels for the springs, fires lit outside and inside, and plenty of helpful information ready. Our room was spacious and very clean. Amazing lodge, highly recommend!

The room layout worked really well, and it had everything useful: fans, a great heating system, hot water right away, a fridge, microwave, dresser, and more. I did wish there were blinds behind the curtains and a second bedside table, since there was only one on one side of the bed. Small things, though. Mostly, the place is so clean and well cared for, and the staff were helpful and made me feel safe. I’ll keep coming back.

Julie made me feel like I’d known her for ages. She really cares about your stay and wants you to enjoy both the room and the Ouray area, and she was incredibly accommodating. The rooms are very clean and have what you need, with some extras available on request. An absolute gem, 10/10.

Zach was a huge help when I accidentally left an electronic device behind. I haven’t had to test the rooms beyond this stay, but I’d have a hard time imagining that kind of service from a big branded hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and you can walk to the hot springs. Thanks for everything.

The amenities were the cherry on top, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. My room was super clean and the value was amazing. 20/10, I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!
