Jewelry was stolen from our room, and the police are involved. The staff wouldn't admit to taking it, and I felt the GM didn't care and was very uncooperative. I would never stay here again. Stay away from this hotel!

After a long drive, we arrived late to a musty lobby, elevator, and room. Grime was stuck on the knobs and hard surfaces, and there was a tear in the carpet. I cleaned everything before bed. That night a bug fell from the light over the sink, and another was crawling in the sink in the morning. I bought bug spray and Lysol wipes, then reported the problems at the front desk. They comped the first night and moved us to another room after 2:30pm, letting me inspect it first. The new room was much better, with no smell and clean surfaces. Staff and location were the only reasons I gave the hotel two stars. We usually stay somewhere else and will return there next time. I wouldn't stay here again.

Our last-minute business meeting plans changed, and Destrye helped arrange a conference room for us. The customer service was credible, and Destrye had a wonderful personality. Great location. We'll be back.

We loved the room, especially having a full kitchen to cook our own food. It was super clean, the staff were very friendly, and the pool was a lot of fun. A++, we'd stay here again.
