Our room had two queen beds, a desk, and a small couch, with plenty of usable space and no clutter. There was also a wet bar, a full size refrigerator, and a well placed full length mirror, plus probably more I didn't use. We arrived late at night, and the overnight staff went above and beyond to help us. James was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The $50 late checkout charge was the worst part. We checked out at the desk right at 12:00 PM, but they said it had processed at 12:01 and showed no understanding or flexibility. Nobody had told us about the rule, and the staff were very rude about the fee. The lobby and hallways also smelled strongly of wet dogs, and breakfast was subpar with food running out. Very disappointing, and I would NOT recommend it!

Mario the manager, front desk staff Erika and Justin, Zach, Miss Linda, and Miss Phyllis all made us feel welcome. Everyone was gracious, with immaculate attention to detail, and the breakfast was tasty too. That's the kind of hospitality that builds customer loyalty. Thanks, Zach!

During the ice storm, my home had no heat, so I called to ask whether the hotel had any rooms available. The woman answering the phone was extremely rude. She said no, and when I asked whether she could suggest any other hotels, she said no again and hung up while I was still talking. I rarely write reviews because I understand how much they matter, but this experience really shook me.
