The first room, 222, had residue left in the bathtub after we sprayed it with disinfectant. We asked to move and were sent to 227, which was even worse. They then offered a “newly renovated” room, 239, and that one was clean, but had no amenities. We waited another hour for them to clean it and bring a microwave. They promised a refrigerator too, but it never showed up. Never again, what a shztshow. Don’t stay here. People actually live there, and the place is filthy and disorganized.

The lobby smelled awful, like mildew and cigarettes, and there was never staff around for requests or front desk questions. There was no breakfast, despite it being listed as available. The bathroom was dirty, the room had no toilet paper or paper towels, and the sheets and covers were dirty with cigarette burns. The whole room smelled of smoke. We had no towels at first, and the ones we eventually got were dingy and dirty. There was no TV remote, no microwave even though they said there was one, and the chairs were broken. This was in December 2022 and the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Zero stars. Don’t stay unless you have to.

The sheets were clean, but the room smelled horrible, maybe of cigarettes. I couldn’t even shower because the bathroom was filthy, and the refrigerator was dirty too. It cost me more to get the smell out of my belongings than the room itself cost. It’s cheap, but you get what you pay for. Trust me, don’t stay here. I’d include pictures if I could.

I should’ve taken the cockroach reports more seriously. I noticed a few babies earlier in the afternoon but couldn’t identify them, so I brushed it off. By my second day I was seeing adults. Around 1 a.m. I notified the staff and showed them the documentation. Booking was easy and the deal was cheap. The place looked run down, maybe under renovation, with chipped or damaged doors. About half the rooms I could see were out of service or being worked on. My room was mostly clean, apart from a few things on the floor. The bathroom was small and the door looked awful. The TV had a gash across it, and the wall looked damaged where something like a sofa might have been moved. The flooring looked new.

The pool was nice and well kept, but everything else left me disgusted. The room floor was soaking wet, the trash can was filthy, and there were bed bugs as well as roaches in the drawers and fridge. They charged nearly $50 for one night and wouldn’t refund me. I couldn’t find staff, and there was no breakfast. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate.
