Ozark Inn & Suites

I had to stop here in an emergency. The beds were comfortable enough and the stay was okay overall, but I noticed the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, so I avoided walking barefoot. The chair looked old and dirty, and the baseboards need replacing.

The location was ideal, with a laundromat across the street and food and a glfiel station all within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious.

I was mainly looking for an inexpensive place to crash for one night while driving from Kansas City to New Orleans, but Ozark Inn & Suites was anything but cheap in quality. The rooms were well maintained and immaculate, with up-to-date furniture and layout, and I was very comfortable. What impressed me most was the service. In a hurry to leave, I forgot my personalized neck pillow. It was in a white pillowcase that matched theirs, so I wasn’t very hopeful they’d find it. But when I called, Raj quickly confirmed it had been located and arranged to mail it the next day. He kept me updated, and it arrived within a couple of days. I was really pleased with the personal help after my bonehead mistake. These are good people, and it shows in how they run the business. I’d highly recommend Ozark Inn & Suites to anyone staying in the area.

The fridge had water in it, the microwave didn’t work, and the floors weren’t even mopped. The walls were nasty, and the door couldn’t be locked. They have bedbugs. Wish I could post pictures. All these reviews are bs. Don’t stay here, you guys, it’s awful, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen and stayed in. Makes the motel 6 look like a 5 star hotel. Hope you see this post before bugs are chewing on you.
