The rooms had thoughtful personal touches we don’t often see elsewhere, and everything was very clean. We also appreciated getting dinner tips for the area. It’s locally run, and you can tell the owners care about the place. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Thanks!

After my plans changed at the last minute, they offered on their own to switch us to a room that worked better for my family. It was spacious, clean, and updated, and I especially liked the bedding. We loved staying here and will come back.

We were lucky to find a room for Labor Day weekend at the last minute. We got in late Friday, and although we’d been told check-in would be fine, the whole town had lost power. The owner met us with a flashlight and apologized, even though it wasn’t something he could control. It came back about an hour later. I appreciated that he was there to greet us and took extra care to make check-in go smoothly. Our Deluxe King room was clean and roomy, with a great bed and plenty of amenities. We spent most of the time at the dunes, and it was nice to come back to a comfortable room. The location is easy to get around on foot, with coffee shops, pubs, and a hardware store nearby. I’d recommend Pacific City Inn.

The brothers who run this place are locals, and they were very helpful. We found a room at short notice after most nearby hotels had sold out. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were good, and the central location makes it easy to walk around town. Pets are allowed, provided you don’t leave them unattended in the room. It’s a traditional family-run hotel, not a luxury property, but it has an analog feel that brought back memories of fun road-trip hotels.
