Aquarius Condominium 706

I loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the beach. The condo was clean when we arrived and came fully furnished, including all the kitchen basics I'd want if I decided to cook on vacation. We had a wonderful stay and definitely plan to book again.

The beach is right there, and I loved it. The pool was really nice too. But condo 401 is quite dated. It was clean and we didn't see bugs, which matters a lot, though some of the tiles were broken and the shower was a problem. Getting onto the outdated WiFi took a long time. The rules are strict, and with the service and high cleaning fees, having to drive three blocks for towels and take out our own trash felt unreasonable. The front desk lady was the most amazing person in SOPA, just the sweetest. I might try another condo to see if it's in better shape, but the towel setup isn't for me. I took the photos of the beach from the boardwalk at night and the next day ❤️

The upstairs ceiling is so low that anyone over 4'6 has to duck or risk hitting their head. The stairs also feel like they could collapse at any moment. There are several things that need attention in unit A107, including holes in a bathroom ceiling and a bandaid left on one of the doors, which made it seem like the unit hadn't been cleaned well between guests. Whoever rents this place out should be ashamed.

We loved this place for our honeymoon, and when we rented the exact same Condo again five years later, we still loved it. It's the most relaxing place we've ever been, with a beautiful view, a nice pool, a quiet setting, and easy beach access.
