We stayed in 208, and it was great. The units are individually owned, and ours was nicely furnished with easy beach access. There’s a full-sized washer and dryer, plus a tub in the mbr that’s handy for washing little kids. Parking out front is tight and tandem for two mid-sized cars, but there’s more parking nearby. And there’s plenty more to like!
We ended up walking everywhere, from the shops and places to eat to the beach, which was just a quick hop away. It’s pet friendly, and if you don’t want to walk, there’s a golf cart rental right down the street. Really nice place, highly recommend.
The garages were flooded, and the paths to the pool were such a muddy mess they need a brick walkway. The washer and dryer didn’t work, and one shower only had hot water. It cost way too much for everything to be this messed up. Someone should get reimbursed.
The location is great, right across from Gravity Park and close to the beach and lots of other neat places. The building is pretty old and outdated, though, and the kitchen cabinets need cleaning while the appliances need replacing. Still, with a family of six, a vacation here is a lot better than staying in a hotel.
Coco Beach Bar is right across the street, and the beach is so close I can get up and walk there in the morning. Great location!
