I had a frustrating experience with this agency from beginning to end, and the staff were extremely rude. I was trying to take my husband on a birthday trip with my sisters, since we haven't had a family vacation in years because our mother is always working. They first approved everything, collected all our information, and took our payment, even though they already knew my husband wasn't 25 yet. I tried to find out if I could at least get a refund, but while doing that I accidentally canceled the reservation. I tried to explain what happened, but they were so rude. Then they denied everything because of their rule that everyone must be 25. I've also never had an agency ask me for so much unnecessary personal information. We feel completely scammed. They took our money and wasted our time, and I would never recommend booking through them.

Padre Getaways made check-in and check-out easy, with responsive communication by both text and phone. The team was professional and polite from start to finish. Five-star communication, and we'll contact them for future bookings.

We had an amazing trip, with a great staff and an amazing condo. We'd definitely recommend it, and we'll be back!

My family had a really nice stay at this home, Del Sol Villa. We cooked and played games, and the beach is very close. There's also an elevator if you're staying on the second or third floor.
