We had a lovely stay at Nemo Cay Resort, and I'd come back. The townhome was beautiful, well kept, and spacious enough for all 7 of us and our two dogs, a golden retriever and a yorkie. We stayed 4 nights and had enough beds, dishes, and towels, plus a washer and dryer. They'd provided dish soap, laundry soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels. It really felt like whoever runs the resort has thought of what a family might need. We only needed to bring food, beach towels, and maybe a few extra trash bags. The one thing that bothered me was the master bedroom by the front door stayed warm even with the A/C on and the vents open. My husband and I slept there, and I couldn't feel the A/C. Even the connecting bathroom was cooler than the bedroom.

Driving around was easy enough, and the place was quiet and decent. But an upstairs bed and a kitchen shelf were broken, and there wasn't enough hot water for showers or anything else. We also didn't get enough towels or toilet paper for our family.

We booked 15111 through Airbnb and wouldn't recommend it. The place was infested with mosquitos, the furniture was broken, and no one replied to requests for help. A bed broke as my family tried to get into it, and a bedroom furniture piece was missing a leg. The kitchen was dirty, everything was extremely worn, and all the pots and pans were scratched up. The patio wasn't really usable, more like storage for the owner. There's no parking, so most of us had to leave our cars on the street. The owner said we could use the lot behind the property, but it belongs to the restaurant next door. They have some arrangement where they might let you park if you eat there and talk to the manager. This place is in high demand and seems to get rented regardless of its condition. Don't be a victim, you'd be better off at a hotel.

It feels like home and has the essentials for a stay: three rooms, four beds, a kitchen, and a living room. There's a nice pool too, along with a laundry room.
