The beach, a few bars and restaurants, and a nice walking path are all close by. Our condo had plenty of space, and its small balcony could comfortably fit four people. I would’ve liked to use the pool, but it was cold and needed cleaning. A nice place overall.

The owner was friendly and easy to talk to, and we had no trouble with the neighbors. We stayed in unit 6 and would definitely return. It had everything we needed, including useful beach chairs. The kitchen, bedrooms, and living area were all great, and we could see the strip and part of the beach from the condo. Fireworks were visible from the patio. The pool was good, too. The beach is so close that it was easy to walk back if we forgot something.

The beds were really comfortable, and the place is well kept. Beach access is right nearby, just a simple five-minute walk. There is a pool, but it’s small and has little room for people to sit around it.

It’s close to the beach, clean, and nicely furnished. Everything seemed well kept.

We got a really good price with the beach right across the street, and the condo sleeps eight comfortably. The owner was very nice and easy to reach. The only possible downside is being on the third floor, but hey, we could all use the exercise.
