It's not the fanciest spot on the island, but the price is reasonable and getting to the beach is easy. In room 214, the view only peeks around the side of the balcony because a wall blocks the straight-ahead view. The condo entry code is much too long, and about half the time we had to enter it again. Having laundry on site was handy. You can pay by credit card or get $2.25. I'd stay there again.

Clean and well cared for, with very friendly staff and a parking spot for us. The hotel faces the beach, right in the middle of the island, and worked well for a family beach vacation.

We liked that the place sits away from the main drag but still has easy beach access. The room was fairly priced for what we got, and the decor had a nice beachy feel, even though the lodging looked dated, more like the 80s or early 90s. There was a musty smell in the bedroom, but air spray helped. At check-in, the staff responded quickly to our questions and politely took care of our needs. The WiFi login didn't work, which ended up being a good thing since we put our phones down and spent time together. We just left after three nights.

The beach proximity and view are the only real perks here. The condos seem not to have been updated since they were built, maybe in the 80s, and the unit smelled damp. Paint was peeling and cracked, there were holes in the walls, and the bathroom towel bar appeared to have been ripped out, leaving holes behind. The chair cushions had brown stains, and the air filter visible through the AC vent was filthy and clearly hadn't been changed in a long time. There were no outlets by the beds for phone charging, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, with only two sheets as covers. If price and being near the beach are all you care about, this might suit you, but if you want to enjoy the place you're staying and be comfortable, spend a little more. 1/10, I don't recommend it.
