Saida Royale Condominium 9068-69

The grounds, pools, tennis courts, and hot tubs were excellent, and the building is right on the beach. Rudy at the front desk was very helpful. Our suite was huge, over 1,000 square feet, with a nice balcony and ocean views from every room. The building is being renovated, and there were some rough details: the photos show a half-inch gap running two feet down from the top of the sliding balcony door, a short-sheeted bed, and an outlet loose from the wall. The appliances were rusty. Still, what a view.

The pool and beach access were nice, but the units and building are old. There’s no laundry in the unit, and the aging machines in the building still take coins.

The place looked better in the pictures than it did in the unit. Mold showed around some vent edges, tiles were cracked, furniture was torn, and the unit smelled moldy every time we came in. The appliances had rust inside and out. When we ran out of Propane, it took an hour and a half for them to bring and install a tank, with two people sent to do a job one person could have handled. I got a tank myself in under ten minutes. This was my first and last booking with this place.

The apartment was comfortable and really nice. I took the rainbow photo just outside its entrance. The other two pictures were taken at night in front of the beach for Saida Condo rentals. There were fireworks, and the beach was very clean. I’d definitely recommend staying there.
