We’ve been coming here as a family for years, and I was really impressed this time. It looks like most of the comex has been updated and refinished.

Don’t rent here. There were cockroaches everywhere, and nothing ever got done when we called. We asked to speak with a manager and were told one would call, but no one did. They just kept sending the poor maintenance guy. Now they’re trying to fine us for hanging towels on the rail.

The beach is in a great spot from here. The building’s a little dated, but it’s quiet, clean, well cared for, and very well maintained.

The main living area was nice, though the place could use some updating overall. Being able to walk to the beach is the biggest plus, and there are good restaurants nearby too.

The administration behaved inappropriately toward tenants and families with children. Don’t stay here.
