The place smelled strongly of mold, and there was dirt on the walls and hair everywhere. The sheets were dirty, and there was used toilet paper and a used roll. They added random extra charges and lied about a lot of things. When we complained, he literally said he could give us cleaning supplies so we could clean it ourselves. Seriously? They refused to refund us, so we lost money even though we didn’t stay. I wouldn’t recommend this filthy place, especially for families. 0/10!

The rooms weren’t clean, and the doors don’t lock, which felt unsafe. The hotel works with a local towing company that will haul your car about .5 miles down the street and demand $300 to get it back, even if you’re a hotel guest with a parking permit. The hotel gets a cut of that money. Stay somewhere else.

The pool water was very dirty and smelled. Also, make sure your online reservation includes the number of adults and kids you’re bringing, because they may try to charge extra at the front desk.
