I’m not easy to impress. I’ve stayed at some of the best places in a lot of cities, including Waldorf Astoria Chicago, but this was the most satisfying and beautiful place I’ve stayed. I was super impressed!

The weather wasn’t great while we were there, but we still had a good stay. Our room was great, with lots of cooking utensils and other useful things. I’d definitely recommend it.

We’re checking out today, still upset that nothing was resolved. At Bahia Mar Condo 821, the listing said there would be patio furniture and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. There was no patio furniture, and the only TV was in the living area. I contacted the office through the website and was told to call the daytime office number the next morning. For the next three days I called, got excuses and promises of a callback, but not one call came back.

It was supposed to be luxurious, but although there was plenty of space, the place felt outdated and smelled bad. And then we had a cockroach visit.
