Sunchase IV - 326

I booked three nights in a King suite with a sofa, and the room was spacious, furnished as shown on booking.com, and the desk clerk was polite and professional. The location was convenient for shops, though the walk to the beach access is about .25 miles, despite the map making it look like there’s direct access. There were only bath towels in the bathroom, no washcloths or face towels. The lobby was dirty, poorly furnished, and in need of maintenance and remodeling. You enter at the back of the building, far from the front desk. I’m planning to check out in the morning if I can find somewhere in better condition.

The shower was the only part of the room that felt worth the very cheap price for five days. There were leaks coming from the adjoining room, but even after I told the front desk, maintenance never came to look. The furniture seemed about 30 years old and had holes and cuts all over. It was an okay stay, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, and the price made it an incredible value. My room was spotless, roomy, and clearly looked after. They had plenty of towels and pillows, plus the premium soap and shampoo were a nice touch. It went beyond what I expected.

We had a smooth, quick check-in, and the front desk staff were kind and attentive. At Sunchase IV Unit 310, the renovated unit and beautiful ocean view made our weekend perfect. There are two pools, one near the main area and another on the way to the private beach access. That second pool was bigger and good for small kids, which was a plus. Highly recommend!
