We keep returning because both 1106 and 1108 are excellent. We’re very particular about cleanliness and feeling safe, and we love the cross breeze and having the bedrooms on a different floor from the living room and kitchen. We’ve stayed at Sunchase IV many times over the years. Most recently, a scheduling error made things really stressful, but the South Padre Resort rentals team went above and beyond to help when we contacted them. That kind of customer service is why we continue coming back. We’ve traveled extensively and have never been unhappy with a stay through them.

The place itself was amazing, with a view of paradise 🙌🏾. Just be aware that the manager is an elderly man who’s rude as hell, and his wife acted like a “Karen”.

We loved how much room there was, and the place has a great view of both the beach and the city. It’s a short walk to the beach, the staff were very nice and professional, and the renovation is new. It has everything you need. This is a gem. If you can book it, do it, you won’t regret it. 😀🤯

The beds weren’t very comfortable, but we didn’t mind too much. There’s lots of space for the price and the location is perfect. We’ll definitely come back!

A great spot for spending quality time with family. The condos are great, and the kitchens have everything you need to cook, so you only have to bring food. There are also grills outside by the pools.
