The Dolphin House

The whole condo was disgusting, with mold, rats, roaches, and broken things everywhere. The patio doors and furniture were broken, and the grill had mold and bees inside. We couldn’t play music on the Fourth of July because the “HOA” doesn’t allow it. The owner was rude and unprofessional. He sent the cleaning lady two hours before checkout and pushed us to leave. He also sent another woman to check on the place, and both women just walked in without knocking. Then he tried to make us pay for something that was already broken, saying we’d be evicted if we didn’t pay the man who was doing the estimate. I’ll add pictures as proof. Don’t stay here.

The shared area was in great shape, and both the pool and hot tub were well maintained. Groceries and a liquor store are a block away, and the entertainment district is close too.

The condo was clean and really nice, and the location was great. Customer support was great as well.

The beach is right across the way, but our condo was awful. It felt like the owners hadn’t put any care or money into the property. In Condo #5, there was no hot running water, the AC didn’t work, and the bed with the beach view was rock hard. I barely slept during the two nights I was there. The neighbor in Condo #4 was literally a Karen, which made things even worse. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Look elsewhere.
