Ventura Condominiums #204

The condo was clean, but it wasn’t well maintained. Both the kitchen and en suite faucets were loose and faulty. The shower glass partition was also faulty and fell onto my wife. For some reason, we found its broken brackets in the bathroom bin. Pool management was the worst part. The pool itself was clean, but they cleaned it during guest hours instead of when it was closed. Other guests also used it long after closing, even well past midnight, with shouting and kids playing. We had to ask people to quiet down after midnight three separate times. Guests are left to deal with pool management themselves, which you can imagine was fun and exciting. We tried contacting ventura by email and text, but none of the links they gave us worked.
