Our stay itself was okay, though the pillows were so soft that I didn’t sleep well. The bigger problem was being charged twice. They promised three times to refund the extra payment, but it still hasn’t come through. The administration is terrible, and it left me with a bad experience.

The rooms were clean and had been updated. It’s a little secluded, away from the main area with all the restaurants.

I’ve never written a bad hotel review before, even as a platinum elite member. My wife and daughter were staying there when a man from across the hall came out and started kicking their door. They were terrified. I called the hotel and explained what was happening to the man at the front desk, asking him to help. Nobody came up or checked on them. When they finally felt brave enough to leave, the man was sitting at the desk playing on his phone. Completely unacceptable.

We stayed in August 2025. The front desk attendant greeted us warmly, but the musty odor and loud fans were off-putting. Carpet freshener didn’t cover the smell. Our third-floor bathroom was so damp that the tile was slippery, and there was mold throughout the shower. The rest of the room looked clean, but we couldn’t stay with the smell and visible mold, so we asked to move. The second-floor room was somewhat more bearable for the night, but still smelled musty. Its shower had mold on the caulk and in the corners, and we spotted more around the inside door jamb by the lock. We left first thing in the morning. Our kids had been looking forward to the pool, but the water was green, so we wouldn’t let them swim. Staff were friendly and tried to help, though I imagine it’s hard to stay positive working in a place with so many problems. This wasn’t relaxing, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
