We had a great first stay at a Drury. The staff were very nice, even though we arrived without a reservation at almost 10 p.m. on a Monday. I took off a star for the location because we drove around trying to figure out where the entrance was. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, and the room got really dark at night. There were lots of free extras: popcorn, soda and coffee at certain times, three drinks per person at the “kickback,” and food like hot dogs, tacos, macaroni and cheese, and nachos. Breakfast beat what we’ve had at some cheaper hotels. Since we eat low carb, the scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, sausage patties, and fruit were especially good to see. There were also waffles, bagels, bread, grits, oatmeal, and juice. With all that food included, the price seemed like a good deal.

We got a good room for the price, and the service went beyond what I expected. The host, whose name I’m sorry I forgot, arranged a connecting room for my handicapped Mom so she could be next to my wife and me. Drury serves some kind of food each evening and a hot breakfast every morning, with the usual waffles, eggs, sausage, and more. If you’re up early, you might see deer wandering behind the dog-walking area. My Springer Spaniel and I met a friendly one there one morning. She wagged her tail at my dog, and he wagged back.

We accidentally booked this Drury Inn instead of the one across the road, where we’d stayed before and had a wonderful time. We hadn’t checked the address closely, but we weren’t disappointed here either. There was a great dinner the day we stayed, and the staff were very friendly. If you make the same mistake or the other one is full, I’d be comfortable staying at either.

We always enjoy Drury Inns and choose them when we travel. The clean rooms, friendly service, drinks, dinner, and breakfast make a great setup for travelers. We highly recommend them. #debanddalesadventures

We really like this hotel and plan to return. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the employees are nice. The food is good too, with free breakfast, supper, popcorn, and drinks, plus $1 drinks at the bar. There are lots of tables for dining or playing games, along with a TV. Having a pool and workout room makes it an especially good motel.
