Everything looked very clean and well maintained, and the fitness room was clean and well equipped. I got a great workout this morning. The front desk clerk also thought I was a kid, which was a nice ego boost, lol. The overnight clerk was a hoot and reminded me of the comedian Jeanne Robertson (baton!!). That lady deserves a raise. The only issue was that the door nearest my car didn't have key-card entry, so management should address that. Otherwise, another great Holiday Inn stay, and I'll be back on future trips through the area.

We slept well, which gets it three stars, and our fellow travelers said their room was clean. Ours, though, wasn't very clean and made me a little uncomfortable. I wiped the shower before using it, and the towel came away with hair and dirt on it. There was also something spilled in the fridge.

After working all day and driving an hour to get my mom to the emergency room in Paducah, we’d already spent five hours there. My husband and I just needed a room to rest, but the older night attendant, Bess, I think that was her name, was rude as soon as I walked in. I hardly said anything to her. I left without spending my money there. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was fully stocked. Our room was super clean, with a comfy bed and blankets. It also had a Keurig, which is always nice.

There are lots of restaurants and gas stations nearby, and the hotel looks well cared for. Our room was clean, and the staff were welcoming and pretty good with service. It costs a bit more than other IHG places we’ve stayed, though. The pool area was clean and inviting for a relaxing swim, and there’s a small gym for a quick workout. Don’t miss the evening cookies, the oatmeal raisin ones were great.
