We stayed from Christmas Day through January 2, 2026, and were happy with the price, cleanliness, and customer service. There are some great restaurants nearby too. We'd definitely recommend it.

The breakfast is pretty basic, oatmeal packets, toast, boiled eggs, fruit, and coffee, but it was enough. The hotel was small and clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was also close to our plans for the hot springs, snowmobiling, and skiing.

I'm here on a business trip, and this is my third stay. I'll be back whenever work brings me here. My first impression was that it might be a rough stay, with old, poorly maintained rooms and bad beds, but the room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. The pool was great, and the hot tub felt good. It's a clean place with a comfortable bed.

Breakfast was pretty minimal, just cereal, bagels, yogurt, instant oatmeal, and coffee. The beds were only okay and the pillows weren't great. Check-in was fine, but the person helping me didn't make much effort to be welcoming. If you're staying several days, note that the pool is only open from 3 pm to 10 pm, which wasn't great. There's a cute outdoor sitting area.

The room was clean, but this felt like a last-minute stop for construction workers or people just passing through. The curtain rod was barely attached, the fridge squealed all night, and the hallway carpet badly needs cleaning. The breakfast was mostly carbs and sugar, and the hot tub was dirty with trash cans overflowing. The pool was the main reason we booked, since I was visiting my sister after more than a year and we wanted to celebrate our kids' birthdays with a quick swim. There were six children and two adults, but not a towel in sight, so I asked the front desk clerk for ten. He was polite at first, then got angry and told me the pool was for guests only. I said I was a guest and these were kids. He lectured me that it wouldn't happen the second night. After seeing the hot tub and overflowing bins, we didn't take them back and stayed only about an hour. The clerk looked put out when I later asked for more room towels, since four had been left for five of us. The front desk clerk was extremely rude, and the accommodation was barely sufficient. I've worked in hotels and would have fired an employee for acting that way. I suspect this person is the manager, so I doubt it'll improve. I won't recommend the place. Next time I'll pay the extra $100 for a nicer hotel or a vrbo. I work too hard to be treated like trash or an inconvenience when I'm paying to stay there.
