We ate upstairs at CK'S restaurant, I believe, and Lisa was a pleasure to talk with. Her service was prompt and kind, she shared a wine pairing suggestion, and the food was great. No complaints about the meal or service. The lobby looked nice and well cared for, and check-in was quick. Our room smelled clean and looked presentable. I was lucky to have the pool and sauna just around the corner. The pool area was clean, with warm water in the large pool and a nice hot tub behind it. There were a couple of pieces of gum stuck to the rock wall, though, and they shouldn't have been there. The sauna worked perfectly, with no issues. The rest of the stay was smooth, and I'd come back.

The place is a little dated, but everyone working there was friendly. The pool is very nice, and the rooms are spacious. The beds were fairly comfortable, though the pillows could be better. We'd probably stay again.

It was our anniversary, and we told the hotel. When we got back later that day, there were chocolate strawberries, a bottle of wine, and a lovely card waiting for us. I couldn't believe how kind everyone was. The room was big, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and, for me, it felt like home. Hotel stays are usually uncomfortable for me, but this was the best one ever. Thanks to everyone who made our day and stay so wonderful. Five stars plus. Love, Dan and Anne.

We use the facility as fitness members, so I can't speak to the rooms. The lobby is beautiful and very well maintained. The indoor pool stays at a really nice temperature, and my little ones have never gotten cold in it. They usually start outdoors, then move inside to warm up after about 20 minutes. The outdoor pool is beautiful too, but a bit too refreshing for small kids. I wish it were kept slightly warmer, maybe 3 to 5 degrees, so my little one could stay two or three times longer before switching pools. I'd highly recommend the facility.

The hotel is in a great location, and the lobby looks modern and nice. Front desk staff were great, but the restaurant staff could use some work. They weren't especially friendly. The rooms are very old and the hotel needs updating. There were stains around the shower drain, broken parts on the sliding glass door screen, and really, everything in the room felt old.
