The shower was dirty, and there were only enough towels for one person. The room smelled bad and the bed was uncomfortable. It was under my husband’s name. Please read the reviews before staying here.

The room was filthy and smelled awful. There was mold in the fridge, and the A/C seemed to blow mold around. The linens were stained and had someone else’s hair on them; floors and walls were disgusting, and the shower looked old and extremely dirty, with a grimy showerhead and poor water pressure. We brought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom before using it. The whole room needs serious maintenance and a deep clean. They seem to spend money on the outside instead. It was a really bad experience.

When I said I needed a room quickly because our oxygen tanks were running low, a man cussed us out. We were having brake problems, and the machine kept tripping the breaker. An ambulance was called. We almost died.

The pool looked alright from outside the gate, but up close it was filthy and much too cold. The key wouldn’t open it, so the desk guy jumped the fence to let us in; we only dipped our feet for a few minutes. The website also listed a bar/lounge, but there wasn’t one, and the lobby was locked 24/7. My daughter and I chose this place for the price, and I should’ve read the reviews. Our room was hot at first, with the A/C switching between warm and cool. The walls were filthy, like someone had thrown soda on them, and there was stuff on the ceiling. It smelled musty. Both beds had questionable stains on the sheets, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and we could hear doors slamming all night through the thin walls. There was only one shower towel; the desk guys gave us another, but it was filthy, so we bought our own at Walmart. Definitely not worth the $80, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
