Our weeklong stay was okay apart from one upsetting incident on the very first morning. My wife was relaxing in the lobby when a staff member asked if she was a hotel guest, as if she didn’t belong there. I felt harassed, and when I told the manager, I wasn’t satisfied with the way they responded or their attitude toward my wife. She never sat in the lobby again. The experience spoiled the stay for both of us, and it left me wondering whether other guests had been treated the same way. Please do better for your customers.

The staff really saved the day when my husband left his bag of prescription medication behind. They called before we’d even gone two miles, so we could turn around and get it without delay. We appreciated that so much. The service was excellent, everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and I fit in a quick workout at the gym.

Alex at the front desk deserves a shoutout, he’s awesome, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. The location right off I-95 was super convenient, and I was impressed by how spotless the rooms were. I’d definitely stay again.

The staff made a five-day visit easy, with everyone friendly, professional, and focused on good service. Our room was spacious and well equipped, and towels, coffee, toiletries, and other supplies were replenished each day. Even the stairwells were very clean. Holiday Inn Express and Suites Palm Bay was also well situated between I-95 and highway 1, close to shopping, the beach, and local sights. We’ll stay here again.

Friendly staff, very clean, and a tasty complimentary breakfast. The place is easy to reach right off the highway and reasonably priced.
