Doubletree Hotel Palm Beach Gardens

The Honors Lounge was a real highlight for us. It's quiet, comfortable, and well cared for, and it felt like an actual perk rather than just a label. You don't find one at every Hilton, or even see them often now. We felt looked after and special, and that mattered. Our room was clean, fresh, organized, and comfortable. The layout and cleanliness both felt considered, and we slept well. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and kept up nicely, with a relaxed atmosphere that put us at ease as soon as we arrived. Service was warm, attentive, and welcoming from the start. This stay delivered on the details that many places promise, and it reminded us why loyalty programs can be worthwhile when done right. We loved it and would absolutely come back.

Robert, the breakfast buffet manager at Doubletree by Hilton in Palm Beach Gardens, made our mornings. He greeted my two young daughters by name and treated them like princesses throughout our six-day stay in Palm Beach. Warm and friendly, he made us feel like family. We looked forward to seeing him so much that we didn't try breakfast at any other restaurants. We'll definitely return and can't wait to see our “Uncle Robert” again.

The beds were comfortable and the room size was okay, though it felt cramped once the sleeper sofa was set up. We only stayed one night, so we wiped down the dusty, spotted bedside desk ourselves and left the rest. There was dust and dirt in corners of both the room and bathroom, and the rooms show wear. For a Hilton, it wasn't what I expected. We also heard a lot of noise from outside and neighboring rooms. The area is nice, with enough to do within walking distance. Parking costs extra and is handled through a QR code given at check-in. The website lists $15, but they charged $18.10. I don't understand why they aren't upfront about the rate.

The pool was heated, the rooms and lobby were clean and beautiful, and I slept well. The water pressure in the shower was great, too. I visit Florida often and was nearby at my favorite dive spot when I needed a hotel, and this place turned out to be a gem. The outdoor laundry facilities are such a clever idea, letting you wash clothes while you're in the pool or hot tub, and there was no noise. I also found an amazing Catholic church nearby on Sunday. I can't say enough good things and can't wait to come back.
