The rooms were comfortable and really clean. Spencer made the stay feel easy from the start, and his kindness meant a lot while several of us were in town after a death in the family. He went out of his way to accommodate us. I’d gladly stay here again.

The breakfast buffet is a real plus, and the staff were friendly. Our suite felt homey, with plenty of space, a full kitchen, and a living area. Shops and restaurants are an easy walk away, and Juno and Jupiter beaches are a short drive.

On the night shift Saturday, Nov 30th, the receptionist at the front desk with the long eyelashes treated people poorly. A hotel receptionist should be willing to help and show some manners, and I felt she did neither. I don't think she deserves that job. I won't stay here again.

We keep coming back because they treat us like family. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and it's convenient for getting to the beach or finding food and shopping nearby.

I've stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties around the country, and Wolf at the front desk stood out. He was warm, upbeat, and welcoming, and I saw him checking in with and helping other guests too. They received the same level of service. His pride and enthusiasm deserve recognition. Thank you.
