The house worked well for entertaining and barbecuing, and it could be a good spot for a small reunion. The HOA limits overnight guests to about 14, even though the house could easily hold more. Several advertised features were disappointing. The theater sound system didn’t work fully, and we couldn’t find the pool table. The pool and jacuzzi weren’t heated at all, and it seemed like this had been a recurring issue. Management already knew, but hadn’t fixed it. That made it seem like maintenance was being neglected and guests were being drawn in with promises that weren’t met. I plan to file a report with the Better Business Bureau.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice, but there were enough problems during our trip that I wouldn’t recommend this house again. Appliances barely worked, and the main refrigerator didn’t keep things cold. This seems to be an ongoing issue: three years after earlier reviews mentioned promised amenities, the hot tub still didn’t work and the pool wasn’t heated. We called the rental agency, and they said they’d send someone, but no one came. The theater room was just a large TV and couches, with the sound system not even hooked up. Disappointed by how much of what was promised wasn’t delivered.
