Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center

My One Bedroom King Suite at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I was surprised and thrilled to find a Jacuzzi in it. Check-in on Saturday evening was easy thanks to the very friendly front desk agent, and Marcus the bartender stood out for his welcoming personality, attentive service, and eye for detail. The hotel is well cared for and has a relaxed, inviting feel. The room features and service made the stay memorable. I'd highly recommend it for a visit to Palm Coast if you want a comfortable suite with a little extra luxury. Five stars!

We called Hilton for a refund and decided to leave after dinner, taking our things out of the room. Daisy at reception was rude to my wife, and we left feeling awful. We've been diamond members for many years. When my wife asked what benefits came with that, like water and a goodie, Daisy said, “What do you mean, what do you get?” My wife asked for water, and Daisy told her she only got two, already in the room. She also asked whether a suite was available and was told there wasn't one because the hotel was full. Daisy said we'd requested a high floor and a room farthest from the elevator, which my wife hadn't asked for. Later we called down for more coffee pods and water. Daisy again asked if we hadn't received those in the room. We were there with our son, so asking for a third bottle shouldn't have been a big deal. They brought only half the coffee pods we'd requested. Hilton contacted the hotel about our refund, and we were told Daisy was sorry and had been dealing with something at the time, but she wasn't. Then Daisy said she'd put us in a large suite. Funny, suddenly there was a suite after all. Daisy was rude and lied. Don't work reception if you're going to treat people that way!

What a lovely motel, high end for a three star. We only stayed one night, so I can't say much beyond the fact that it seemed recently renovated and was super clean, fresh, and pleasant. The large, curvy outdoor pool and hot tub sit in a pretty brick patio framed by palm trees. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and friendly. No problems at all, and we had a great date night here. Highly recommend.

The pool and hot tub outside were clean, and the fitness room was tidy. The place is close to perfect: clean, friendly staff, and free parking. Breakfast costs extra, though, at $12-$15 per person, and I suspect the bar counter is cash only. Bravo to management!
