The staff were especially friendly, and the breakfast team were kind and helpful. The buffet area was roomy, so people could move around easily, and the food was the best I've had of this kind. The omelets and scrambled eggs were fluffy and light. We loved the coffee, too: freshly ground at the push of a button, with every cup just right. The lobby, breakfast space, and pool are lovely after a complete renovation. Our room was very clean, everything felt new, and the mattresses were comfortable. We usually stay at another Palm Coast hotel when visiting family, and need a hotel three or four times a year. This HOliday Inn Express is a hidden jewel right off the exit, and we'll be back. I highly recommend it.

Kristy at the front desk was one of the nicest people I've dealt with in years, and the rest of the staff were great too. The rooms are immaculate. It's right off I95, so there's a bit of highway noise, but it wasn't too bad. I haven't tried breakfast yet, but so far everything's been great. I even added another night to relax.

I've spent over 21 years working in hospitality, and I like Holiday Inn Express hotels for their cleanliness and look. This one has been newly renovated and everything seems new. Breakfast was good, and the staff were exemplary of the Holiday Inn Express flag. The manager Kristy, the night auditor, and the front desk staff were all great. They made my stay pleasant, and I'll return next year for the Rolex 24 @ Daytona Speedway, about a half-hour drive away.

Felicia recognized me as an IHG member and patiently worked to arrange the ground-floor room I requested, even though it seemed to have been assigned before we arrived. The breakfast, overseen by I believe Mr John, was well maintained. The rooms and common areas were clean and well kept, and the price was practical. This hotel is a perfect stop on our drive to Florida from DC. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express, and hope the service is just as good at all of them.

There are plenty of nearby food options, including Bob Evans within walking distance, Walmart, a barbecue place, a Korean restaurant, and a really nice all-you-can-eat Asian spot for about $20 per adult, with hibachi cooking, prepared dishes, fruit, and desserts. Hotel breakfast was decent for a quick meal, with small ready-to-eat omelets, hash brown potato cakes, bacon, cereals, milk, juices, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs. We stayed a few nights to visit family. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and courteous. It's in a quiet area off the main road. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it was clean and well kept. We had a very nice stay at Holiday Inn.
