Neil, Crystal and Ken really make the place. The marina sits right off the intracoastal waterway, with a protected spot to ride out storms. We’ve been coming for a few years and love the Hammock area, the marina amenities, nearby walking paths and local restaurants.

The pool was great, and staying here gave us a nice break from the busy main resort. It’s an outstanding place to stay. We’ll definitely come back.

The location worked out great, about halfway to Daytona/Ormond Beach and halfway to St Augustine, with lovely views from the river to the Ocean and everything kept beautifully manicured. We had an outstanding week in Palm Coast. The condo was very large and had everything we needed.

The view from our room was amazing! Everything was really clean, and the staff was Ah- MAY- ZING!!!! We stayed here for Spring Break and definitely want to come back.

The villa is spacious and nice, with a gorgeous balcony view. Yacht village is part of hammocks beach resort. Getting back and forth between the villages and the main resort is tedious, but it’s well worth it.
