Courtyard Palm Desert

The staff were the best part: friendly, upbeat, and helpful, especially the women at the lobby Bistro. Everyone greeted us with a smile. The space was comfortable and a good value for what it offers. I’m taking off a star because about six of the eight cardio machines in the fitness center had “Out of Order” signs. It’s not a huge deal, since the hotel tends to have an older clientele that probably doesn’t work out much, but it could be improved. Still a great spot.

James at the front desk was friendly and helped us figure out the coin laundry since we weren’t familiar with American coins. My girlfriend and I were very happy with our stay at Courtyard Palm Desert. We really appreciated the hotel staff’s hospitality, especially James’s excellent service. Thanks so much for the help.

At Courtyard Marriott Palm Desert, the location was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A special thanks to James, who was especially patient and thoughtful when I checked out. Terrific stay, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The location was fantastic, the front desk staff courteous, and the rooms very clean. It felt safe for a solo traveler or a family, with a welcoming pool area and plenty of parking. Applebee's is at the end of the property, and there’s a Starbucks inside, though I think it only has basic drinks, not the fancy stuff. There’s also a little bistro for quick snacks. I loved the many places to walk a dog around the property, and there are several restaurants and stores a couple of blocks away. I’d definitely stay again.
