Cristina was a Godsend. After I’d been waiting five months for a new bed, she got one for me in 10 days. She laid out the payment options and gives clear answers to guest questions instead of guessing. She follows through. Cristina and the new owner have made the living experience much better in a short time.

It’s a good place for someone who doesn’t have the money right now for first and last month’s rent, and it can be a stepping stone to get where you need to be. I’m happy here for the long haul. The neighbors are respectful, the place is really clean, and Beth is like the building’s mom. She’s awesome. The property manager seems like a stand-up guy, and I respect him a lot.

I’m paying for my second four-week stay here today, and I’m really glad I found this short-term housing option. My room was very nice and extremely clean when I moved in. The manager is kind, and so are the other tenants I’ve met. I’m grateful to be here, and there are stores and everything else you need nearby. Highly recommend.

The office staff were amazing and got me whatever I needed. I also loved hearing the kids outside, laughing and having a good time.
