L3 Oasis Hotel

Second time staying here. It’s a quiet, motel-style place with two pools, one heated, plus fresh water, salt water, and two hot tubs. The hotel gym is pretty good, and the room was cozy with comfortable beds.

They didn’t keep my reservation and mixed up the dates, then blamed me even though I’d clearly told them which days. Their system wasn’t working, so I never received a confirmation email, but they still charged me for a no-show. On top of that, Abby the GM gave poor service and said he was busy with other customers 🙄. I’m a paying customer too. A month later, I still don’t have an answer.

The pools were the best feature: there was a chlorinated pool, hot tubs, and a cold salt water pool, with plenty of seating and cabanas. Other amenities were nice, and we had lots to use throughout the trip. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. For a budget stay, it’s decent. The beds were very firm, and the queen felt more like a full. The furniture was modern, but the walls had lots of scuffs and stains from wear. Rooms facing the road will hear roadwork if it’s happening.

One thing to know is there’s a time limit for checking in or out. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the surroundings felt safe during the night we stayed. The rooms were spacious and had good equipment, including a coffee machine. The hotel entrance can be tricky to locate, and it’s easy to miss the intersection on Google Maps.
