Parker Palm Springs

The food was generous and delicious, and everything was well prepared. My steak was soft and full of flavor. The whole team, from the restaurant staff to housekeeping, was polite, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. I also got to use the padel court, which was a fantastic bonus. At Parker Palm Springs, the room felt elegant and thoughtfully designed, right down to the bathroom. It felt like a five-star stay and worth every penny. From arrival, the smiling lobby staff made us comfortable with warm greetings and genuine conversation. It’s a top-notch place with a friendly, calm vibe and a worthy addition to a Palm Springs bucket list.

My family has escaped to the Parker year after year, sometimes month after month. There are little details and hidden features I’d rather let you discover for yourself, but from the moment you enter the gates, hear the hidden fountain, and see the majestic wall, you feel transported to the golden age of modernism. The grounds are stunning, the residences impeccable, and the service is perfection. There’s a whole village of staff behind the experience, from the greeting on arrival to that first sun-kissed lemonade stand cocktail that makes your troubles fade away. I recommend treating yourself to Mister Parker’s, Counter Reformation, and Normas. Ask for a table on the colorful open terrace. Karen, the very kind host, always greets us with a smile and makes us feel like family, and gets us the best seat available. If Laura or Vanessa serves you, you’ll be in good hands. They go out of their way to make your family feel like VIPs, with little conversations and attentive guidance through the menu, which you’ll need. The Parker is one of life’s little pleasures you just have to experience.

GiGi made our meal at Norma's enjoyable with a welcoming, positive attitude and careful attention. My breakfast eggs were overcooked, and my husband’s dish wasn’t what he expected from the menu description. When we told GiGi, he promptly reordered my breakfast and took a new order for my husband, with no hesitation and great graciousness. He also brought me a complimentary fruit dish, which I appreciated. The replacement orders were fresh, delicious, and well prepared, and we were very satisfied. Friends back home in Seattle recommended this restaurant to us, and we’ll pass the same recommendation along to our family and friends.

Prita and Ray at the Lemon Head Bar were incredible, friendly and attentive, and made the atmosphere fun and VIP-level. The drinks were perfect and the service was right on point. At the spa, Cindy, the manager, gave us top-of-the-line service, professional and welcoming, and made everything seamless. We had an amazing time from beginning to end. This kind of hospitality makes you want to come back right away. Highly recommend!
