The Palms Springs Hotel

It’s a nice boutique hotel with a mid-century feel and a private atmosphere on the property. The staff gave me a warm, friendly welcome and were very hospitable. I’d have rated it five stars if the bathroom sinks weren’t too small.

A great place for a relaxing getaway. The property was very clean, and the staff were wonderful. The large pool was clean, with comfortable lounge chairs and a fire pit where you could relax with a glass of tasty wine. Free parking on the premises was nice, too. I’ll definitely come back and stay again.

The service and location are great, but I don’t understand why this is called a four-star hotel. Our room had a hygiene problem, with leftover food still in the refrigerator. That was really gross. There wasn’t a wardrobe, either, just a small sofa with a dirty pillow.

We got to check in an hour early, and the man with glasses at check-in was really nice. He gave us a quick tour and went over the rules, which you don’t get everywhere. The modern rooms were clean and cold, with great AC. I loved having our own front patio and a door that opened right onto a pool view. The pool was open 24 hours and was peaceful, quiet, and clean. They even had pool floaties to use. Such a relaxing, comfy vibe.
