Tuscany Manor Suites - Clothing Optional

We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday in February 2022 and enjoyed our time enough that we'd stay again, though the place does need some work. The weekday crowd was mellow and nice, though we were told weekends can get wild. It's close to downtown PS, and the full kitchen lets you cook in the room, although the dishes are hit and miss. We found the pieces we needed from other guests. Early check-in and checkout are available; even when our room wasn't ready, we could hang out at the pool and stay late in the sun, which was wonderful. Day visits are offered too. One guest suggested bringing a folding lounge in case the rooms are full. Getting someone in the office can be difficult at times, but they're great once you reach them. Our "king" was two twins pushed together, though it wasn't terrible. The tub drained poorly, but we mentioned it and I'm sure they'll take care of it. We couldn't find a music channel on the TV, and since we don't watch much television, bring your own if you'd rather listen to music. Still, I'd say give it a try.

The staff worked hard, were kind, and did their best to meet our needs. I was there for a private event, and our group had pretty high needs. The grounds are amazing, and the hummingbirds made it feel magical to me. The rooms definitely need a deep clean. I saw a few stains I couldn't identify on different surfaces in several rooms. It's also a commercial property in a residential part of Palm Springs, which can be a reality check. There aren't buildings taller than two or three stories, landscaping is mostly desert rather than lush front lawns, it's very quiet, and houses tend to be set up like compounds. With noise measured by decimal level in the neighborhood, having a commercial venue there can put a damper on things. Aside from that, Tuscany Manor is an awesome place, and I had an amazing time.

We went for our anniversary and had a fantastic time. My room had a full kitchen and living room, and we spent time by the heated saltwater pool. There was also a fashion show featuring the hottest swimwear and lingerie. The staff were friendly and respectful, and went above and beyond by arranging chocolate and whipped cream massages. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay at reasonable rates, and the only reason this isn't five stars is the issue below. Checking in Thursday night meant we could cook for ourselves and stay without clothes until leaving Monday. There were plenty of beach towels, friendly couples to chat with, and a well-stocked play room. Don C., the general manager, was often around with afternoon treats. The pool and hot tub stayed clean, even though some guests left their beer cans behind. On Saturday, at least ten single men were following couples into the play rooms. Some couples may welcome a third person, but most of the couples there this time didn't, and people commented on how many single men had been let in. Being trailed around like a tse tse fly is only a plus if that's what you're after. We travel to a lot of lifestyle-friendly resorts, and that was the one downside we noticed.
