This was horrible and nowhere near what we’ve come to expect as WorldMark owners for decades. We booked a week in February 2026, and the website’s description of the amenities turned out to be misleading. Every WorldMark I’ve stayed at had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, plus laundry inside the unit. This unit had none of those basics, and it wasn’t a studio. I would’ve had to wash dishes by hand all week, there was no oven for cooking, and the tiny toaster oven only fit one slice of bread at a time. We weren’t told about these missing appliances ahead of time, and the website didn’t mention them. The rooms and grounds were shockingly bad. There was only one small, unattractive pool, while another was being renovated. The room was dark, with poor lighting and too few windows; the units are old and have popcorn ceilings. Most face the parking lot, with patios just inches from parked cars. Think Motel 6 if you book here, I’m not kidding. I complained to management that the accommodations weren’t up to WorldMark standards, and they said they weren’t affiliated with WorldMark. I asked why WorldMark was on their signs and website and why I’d booked through WorldMark. After I made a huge fuss, they moved us to WorldMark in Cathedral City. That’s another story, but something fishy is going on here. A guy at the desk said the board members had decided not to be affiliated with WorldMark, which makes no sense. The website is deceptive. Don’t trust the pictures or the positive reviews, they aren’t accurate. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Friendly, welcoming staff made check-in quick and easy, the bed was comfortable, and the location worked well for exploring the area. The initial price also seemed fair. But my room felt dated and needed attention: the carpet was noticeably dirty, and dust or possibly rust fell from the bathroom vent when I switched on the fan. The TV was awkward to watch from either the bed or couch, and the living area felt incomplete without a coffee table. When I asked about staying longer, the rate quoted was more than twice what I’d paid for the previous nights. Given the room’s condition, that felt unreasonable. The stay had some bright spots, but the property could use a refresh and more consistent pricing.

Easy parking, a lovely pool and hot tub area, and best of all, this resort welcomes dogs. Our room was clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and friendly.

The shower head was literally the best I’ve ever used, and I wish I knew what kind it was so I could get one for home. The room came stocked with silverware and other utensils, which really helped when the steak dinner I had delivered arrived without any. I was also pleasantly surprised that guests got Grubhub delivery without delivery fees. The hot tub was clean and just the right temperature, and the hotel was clean and fairly quiet. I liked the location, and being able to pull my car up to the first-floor patio made loading and unloading easy when a space was available. The room was nice enough but a bit dated for the price. I paid around $100 a night, then saw rooms online for $74. When an unexpected schedule change for my softball tournament meant I had to extend by a day, I was charged $119 for that night while rooms were still listed at $74. That was the most disappointing part. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay without any major hangups beyond those high prices.

During my week there, housekeeping and maintenance checked every day to see if we were happy and if they could do anything for us. The front desk receptionist always greeted us, and management couldn’t have been kinder. It was clear that everyone working there put guest comfort first. I look forward to staying again.
