The pool and hot tub were very nice, and the amenities were wonderful. The decor was beautiful, too, and the staff were amazing and friendly. But the noise from upstairs and the halls was so loud it felt like staying at a cheap Motel 6. On Thanksgiving, we could hear the woman above us preparing dinner and cleaning up until 2 in the morning, even though she was trying to walk softly.

The master bedroom bed was the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever had in a hotel or condo, so I was glad our two-bedroom unit had twin beds in the other room. Hallway noise was really loud. The location is convenient for getting to lots of Palm Springs restaurants and attractions, and there’s adequate parking on site.

My three teens loved the pool, game area, walkability, and location. The thin walls meant we heard everything in the hall, though, and every door slammed as people came and went. Early mornings were rough.

We had a comfortable two-bedroom unit and a nice pool area for relaxing. The resort has a fun retro 80s Palm Springs feel, with downtown nearby and mountain views all around. I consider it a perfect spot for a warm getaway.

Alison at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The suite was beautiful, with fun, kitschy decor and fantastic amenities. Close to downtown, shops, and things to do, it made for the perfect weekend getaway and was by far my favorite stay we’ve had in Palm Springs.
