The building looks beautiful inside, with a clean, modern feel that still keeps its historic charm. I’d seen it for sale a few times during the 20 years I lived in Palmer and always wished I could buy it. After moving away, we finally had a reason to stay there this weekend. It’s ideal if you want to walk to downtown Palmer’s shops and restaurants. If you’re after a quiet spot surrounded by nature, the location may not be the best fit. We’ll be back for sure.

The room was cute, nicely decorated, and clean, and everything worked as promised. Check-in was easy and contactless. It was especially nice to have complimentary laundry facilities. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d strongly recommend it.

The room was cozy and adorable, just the right size and price for my trip. The hosts communicated incredibly well, and the location was great. I’ll absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking.

Great value, strong wifi, coffee, and a super-comfy bed with lovely pillows. The rooms are outstanding, and the mountain setting brings gorgeous sunrises. A++++++++ I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Palmer’s central location was a five-star point, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here and won’t return. It’s not really a traditional hotel, and there’s basically no service. The front looked clean, but the room had issues: the table was extremely dusty, I had to wipe the counters, and there was hair on the bed. The pillow smelled so bad I had to cover it with a bath towel before I could fall asleep. Cars also went by all night, so it was far from quiet and we needed earplugs. The pictures made the place look inviting, but my stay didn’t live up to that.
