Lucy and Bong made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in, and their attentiveness and customer service were the best I've had. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return. The one drawback was the music from the restaurant across the way, which was too loud after 11 pm.

Downtown Palo Alto is a great base, with lots of restaurants, dessert spots, and stores nearby. I also had fun going up to the rooftop for drinks. The rooms are spectacular, and the staff are friendly and helpful with great service. I love staying here and would definitely recommend it.

We used The Graduate for a quick overnight stop, and its downtown Palo Alto location was very convenient. The design is quirky and cool, but the room was still comfortable, cute, and looking out over the main street. Everything was nice, though it felt a little expensive for a place with few amenities, basically a room and restaurant access. Valet parking was convenient but cost $57 a night, which made the one-night stay feel like a lot. No real problems, just somewhat overpriced.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby with great music, and the rooftop gives you a nice city view. The food was delicious, and the rooms had very comfortable beds. Front desk staff were welcoming and really nice. I'd recommend it for business or a vacation, 10/10.
