The location was the one bright spot, with an easy walk to the beach. Inside, it was dirty as soon as we arrived, with sand everywhere and what looked like mold in the master bathroom. Nine of us stayed for a week, but we were left with just two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. Extra sheets and pillows were locked away. Parking was very limited. There are cameras everywhere, but good luck reaching the HOA to make a complaint. Don't park near the dumpster either. Whoever handles the trash seemed careless and damaged my vehicle.

We stayed five days in studio apartment B2 on the ground floor, and won't be back. The place is run down and poorly maintained, and the parking is awful. Spaces are so narrow you can barely fit a small car, and only one car is allowed. When big groups arrived, they parked wherever they could, sometimes just 2-3 inches from our vehicle. We couldn't get our money back, or we would have left. The upstairs unit was rented to three different groups during our five days. On Thursday night, a group of 15 girls arrived for a bachelorette party and partied, screamed, talked loudly, played loud music, and stomped across the floor all night. When confronted, they said they were having a bachelorette party, but the stomping continued. It felt like nobody cared who they rented to or enforced the rules. Don't waste your money here. It's cheap for a reason.

It's an okay place, and the beach is a short walk away. Still, it feels overpriced for what you get.
