We booked this through Airbnb, not a vacation rental management company, and stayed in 4c. These are private units, so I can see how updates may vary between them based on the reviews I read. Our unit was clean, spacious, and well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Towels were provided, though we brought our own. There was no cable since the TV was smart, but the internet was very slow. The owner sent codes for the pool and beach gate, but we didn't need them because nothing was locked. The gate's beach-side pad worked, but the one on the way out was broken, so you could reach through the bars and open it without a code. The area was very quiet, and the pool was nice and clean.

It's a small condo community with a nice pool, shuffleboard courts, and tennis courts. The beach is about a five-minute walk away. Beachwalk is a great place to stay while you're in Panama City Beach.

The beach and gulf are stunning, though the walk there is longer and harder than the listing suggested. The place was clean, nicely appointed, and had plenty of room. Upstairs are two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. I wasn't thrilled with that setup, but there is also a full bathroom off the kitchen. One couch pulls out into a bed, and a beautiful piece of furniture converts into another. I'd definitely stay again if I visit PCB.

We love this nice condo and always rent the same one in Beachwalk through Airbnb. We stay in 13B. There's a pool and tennis courts, and Neil is a great host!
