Stevie in Tower one & two was very friendly and did everything she could to help. She handled things with compassion. Aside from her, I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service. We visit the 30 A area several times a year, and before booking I called to confirm the property had hot tubs, especially in spring since it's my family's favorite amenity. Once we arrived, we found out only TOWER 3 has hot tubs. It's a separate HOA, so they said there were no exceptions. We even offered to pay for access. I spoke with a supervisor who was direct and offered no help, basically saying, sorry about your luck, you'd already paid. We won't book here again. We were told we'd have hot tub access, and the way the issue was handled felt like misrepresentation. After this happened, I read the reviews and saw other customers had complained about the staff too.

I visited friends in a beautiful, well-laid-out three-bedroom condo with a great view. It was overcast and rainy, but the view from the 22nd floor was still lovely.

The place was a letdown all around, and I'll never book it again. Parking is awful unless you have a compact car, the pool attendants are rude, and you're not allowed to have drinks by the pool. There are no ice machines for paying guests, and no signs or information to help you find things. Might as well stay at the damn Holiday Inn. I'd give it no stars if I could.

The condo was super clean and a great place to stay. They even had board games for my five-year-old daughter, plus floaties and life jackets. We liked the tiki hut and its good drinks, too. Ethan was a cutie, and such a personable, good bartender. I'd come back for him, lol, and of course for the beach.

There weren't enough pool chairs for the guests, and the place was kind of dirty. Staff were rude and aggressive, treating paying guests like criminals. A friendly interaction with the workers felt less likely than winning the lottery. I walked barefoot around my room for five minutes and ended up with Flintstones feet.
